Meeting the Goddess Within: Getting to Know Our Inner Feminine Energies and Patterns
In this 90 minute workshop, we will meet both light and dark aspects of our feminine energies, and connect with several feminine archetypes to help us become more aware of our feminine energy and patterns. From the wild woman, to the huntress, the warrior, the queen, the maiden, the mother, and the wise woman, we will explore how each of these show up for us and in what ways. Shadow patterns and behaviors will be brought to the surface for acceptance and understanding, and recommendations to integrate these shadows will be discussed.
This workshop involves some meditation, movement, learning, and both group and 1:1 energy work. We will close the workshop with some integration practices and steps on how each participant can move forward in their own inner-alignment and expansion.
Participants please bring a mat, pillow, and/or blanket, comfortable clothing, a journal, a pen, and an open mind, and get ready to meet the goddess within! Arrive 10-15 Minutes prior to start time to get settled in and check in at the register. We cannot wait to see you!
