Refund policy

Please read our policies below carefully before initiating a return.

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returned items must be in original condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to correctly package items to ensure they arrive safely to us. Please insure your package against loss or damage. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they have been received.

Online Returns:
Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at hello@merakimarketnj.com within 14 calendar days after delivery of your order. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Orders postmarked after 14 days and/or without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 
In Store Returns:
We happily accept returns of goods WITH RECEIPT for exchange or store-credit within 14 calendar days of purchase in store.

Returned items must be in original condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. If something is damaged after it leaves the shop, we cannot provide a refund or exchange. 

Even though we are a small business and might remember you purchasing the goods, we cannot process the return or exchange without either a printed receipt or the receipt number. Please understand that we have to process our returns through our POS system and cannot do it without the receipt.

Gifts given without a receipt cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or crystals. There are no exceptions to this. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
