Starseed and Galactic Heart Awakening
In this 90 minute workshop, we will connect to the galactic heart space that unites us all. We will enter into the sacred invitation of our own heart chakra and focus on activating our own origins and the consciousness of oneness. Through these activations, we will learn to feel the idea of starseed as a unique frequency that resides within each of us and within the embers of the heart center. This places the awareness within us, so we can help transform and co-create a better world for ourselves, our families, our communities, and our societies by living with and through the heart space as one universal species connected to our planet and committed to a better tomorrow.
Group heart chakra activations will be facilitated through gentle movement and deep meditation. Individualized heart-center energy cleanses and heart attunments will be offered by the facilitator to each participant. Any messages about histories or personal connections will be offered.
This is a perfect workshop for anyone who is having a difficult time connecting to or staying grounded in the earth plane, anyone feeling lonely or in desire for a connection to something greater or more homelike.
Come solo or bring a a friend or two, as well as a journal, a mat, a blanket, a pillow, and any sacred trinkets that help you connect deeper into the heart. Please message me with any questions prior. I can’t wait to see you there!
